My Name is John Stillwell and I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer specializing in
home-visit exercise and flexibility sessions for older adults.
I have been training, supporting and working with older people for the past 20 years. I
help clients build confidence, gain physical awareness, and improve their posture and
circulation using easy and effective modalities including foam rollers, fitness balls,
exercise bands and weights.
My goal is simple: Give you the tools you need to better perform your daily physical
activities, including walking with confidence, climbing stairs, lifting groceries, improving
your golf or tennis swing, improving balance, and remaining as physically independent
as possible.
